  When I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment
  is added I get 4 emails wwith the exact same comment.
  
  Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service?

  to be running off the screen in Opera. I'm not sure if this is a formatting issue or
  something to do with internet browser compatibility
